1. Minimum education: Bachelor Deegre in Psychology/ Management/ Law
2. Minimum 3 years experience as HRD Manager (Bag/Garment Factory)
3. Good knowledge about labor laws, Industrial Relations, BPJS, Labor audit and social compliance, training and recruitment
4. Good network or relationship with government agencies
5. Good analytical thinking and problem solving skills
6. Fluent in English both verbal and written.
7. Preferably have HR Manager / Labor Norms Cadre certification
8. Mastering Ms. Office and HR support applications
9. Competent in managing industrial relations
10. Good communication skills and strong leadership
11. Able to work under pressure
12. Profesional looking
13. Willing to be placed in Jepara /Semarang (Central Java)

The following is a job description that will be occupied for the HR MANAGER PT. Kanindo Makmur Jaya

Task:

1. Ensure and supervise the work activities of the HRD team so that implementation is in accordance with company procedures and regulations.
2. Checking and preparing for internal and external audits
3. Ensure that the HRD program system runs well.
4. Provide work evaluation and assessment of HRD employees
5. Fostering good industrial relations with government agencies

Responsibility:

1. Directing the function and performance of the HRD team unit so that it can run optimally and improve HR performance.
2. Ensure that internal and external audits can get maximum results
